The Chairman is directly responsible for compliance within this company and that of its subsidiary LB-P Asset Management of which he chairs the Board of Directors. The general ESG principles therefore apply to both companies according to their specific characteristics and their governance follows strict rules for the prevention of conflicts of interest.
LB-P is a regulated company acting as a financial investment advisor and is also authorized to carry out real estate transactions. The body of rules that apply to these regulations covers a large part of the ESG criteria.
In particular, LB-P selects its clients or the investors that it presents to its clients by examining the environmental and climate policies they implement, the transparency of their financial communication, the reputation and the competence of the management and, where appropriate, their social policy. In addition, LB-P may use some ESG data provided by some data providers.
