Jacques Lebhar has experience in administrative, industrial and financial assignments. After twelve years in the Civil Service (in Equipment-Housing, General Inspectorate of Finance, Maritime Transport), he led the Finance and International Development of Orkem Chemical Group until 1990. In 1994 he was appointed as the executive manager of Bull Group before assuming the presidency of Comptoir des Entrepreneurs in 1995, which became the Entenial Bank after the acquisition of La Hénin Bank. He then founded the LB-P Group in 2006 with an entrepreneurial focus. Jacques Lebhar is a former student of the ENA, he graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds a Law degree.

Thierry Lefebvre has ensured the development of financial engineering among public authorities in the Comptoir des Entrepreneurs. Member of Entenial Executive Committee, he headed the corporate finance division and served as Investimur Chief Executive Officer, a real estate leasing company. He then worked at Crédit Foncier as Marketing and Commitments Manager.
Thierry Lefebvre holds a Master 2 (DESS) in Economics and Management from Paris 1 Sorbonne and a degree from the Paris Institute of Business Administration.

Nicolas Rousse-Lacordaire is an expert on financing of commercial real estate, in credit and leasing. In this capacity, he was responsible at Entenial for the Enterprise Asset Finance profit center and then General Manager for Aareal Bank France before joining a private property company. Since the beginning of 2013, he has been providing LB-P with financial engineering expertise and is in charge of relations with banks. Holder of a Master 2 (DESS) in banking law and economics and a DESS in real estate law from the Paris Pantheon Sorbonne University, Nicolas Rousse Lacordaire is also Chartered Surveyor – MRICS.

Kamal Berrada began his career in 2010 at Palatine Asset Management in Paris, as part of the absolute rate and return team, as assistant manager and then manager of an Absolute Return fund.
Kamal Berrada holds a Master 2 in Economic and Financial Engineering from the University Paris IX Dauphine.
